• 1st: Parents must attend an Information Session.

  • 2nd: Complete the application.

  • The application and attendance at an information session must be completed and submitted by Monday, March 7th at 3pm.

  • Any family that has not completed BOTH of these steps will not qualify for the lottery but will be added to our wait-list.

Age Requirements: Polaris enrolls children between the ages of 5 and 11. The student applicant must be at least 5 years old by September 30, 2022.

LOTTERY: If there are more applicants than we have openings for, a public lottery will take place on Friday, March 25th at 6:00pm. If it cannot conduct in-person, it will take place via Zoom and families will be provided with a link to attend virtually. Attendance is not required. We do not recommend that your child be present.

  • Polaris will notify lottery winners (through email) by the evening of Friday, April 1st

  • Lottery Winners must officially compete the Applicate Acceptance form by Friday, April 8th
