1st: Parents must attend an Information Session.
2nd: Complete the application.
The application and attendance at an information session must be completed and submitted by Monday, March 7th at 3pm.
Any family that has not completed BOTH of these steps will not qualify for the lottery but will be added to our wait-list.

Age Requirements: Polaris enrolls children between the ages of 5 and 11. The student applicant must be at least 5 years old by September 30, 2022.
LOTTERY: If there are more applicants than we have openings for, a public lottery will take place on Friday, March 25th at 6:00pm. If it cannot conduct in-person, it will take place via Zoom and families will be provided with a link to attend virtually. Attendance is not required. We do not recommend that your child be present.
Polaris will notify lottery winners (through email) by the evening of Friday, April 1st
Lottery Winners must officially compete the Applicate Acceptance form by Friday, April 8th
