Now Accepting Applications for the 2020 - 2021 School Year ​


These are the application requirements:


  • Parents must attend an Information Session (see times below). Children are welcome.

  • The link to the application can be found at beginning on November 15, 2019.

  • Both the online and paper application must be completed and submitted by Friday, March 6, 2020, at 3 pm.  

  • Any family not completing all of the above steps will not qualify for the lottery but can be added to our waitlist.


Age Requirements:  Polaris enrolls children between the ages of 5 and 11. The student applicant must be at least 5 years old by September 30, 2020.

Information Sessions:  Please RSVP by contacting so that we can contact you if there are any changes. There is a 25-minute presentation followed by student-led tours of the school.

  • NEWLY ADDED: Monday, March 2nd at 5:30pm


LOTTERY:  If there are more applicants than we have openings for, a public lottery will take place on Friday, March 27, 2020, at 6:00 pm.

Applicant families do not have to attend.  We recommend that you do not bring your child.


  • Polaris will notify lottery winners (through email) by the evening of Friday, April 3, 2020.

  • Lottery Winners must officially compete the Applicate Acceptance form by Friday, April 10, 2020.



Current Polaris families must log in to our SIS to declare whether they intend for their student to re-enroll or not next year. The POLARIS FAMILY “INTENT TO RE-ENROLL” DEADLINE is Friday, January 24, 2020.
